  Went here for the flu shot. Store announcement said it would be quick and easy. It was neither. We waited to be helped even though nobody else was in line and there were 4 people behind the pharmacy desk. Then they let me fill out forms of the whole family before letting me know they wouldn't be able to give my son a flu shot! So after getting him ready for it knowing that we all getting one together, now I have to take him somewhere else.

  Very good, except for the fact that last year a female pharmacist told me that ODP only lasted for five years and therefore I had become ineligible. Luckily I had my benefits card with me and was able to pay it off that way. (She went off grumbling saying she would have to do it all over again.) I went home and googled ODP and of course no such thing. I called the drugstore back and the pharmacy tech. was quite alarmed and said that once you're on it, you're on it. Very odd experience and a situation I'd not encountered before.
